Shipping & FAQ


Shipping: Orders made on Saturday & Sunday usually will be due for shipping departure on that Mondays unless a holiday is that day then we will do our best to have your order out by the following available business day. 

Business days do not include the weekends or major holidays so keep that in mind when placing an order.

When will I receive my order?

All of our products are handcrafted and when you order them. Orders typically have a 1-3 days for product preparation period . This is where your skincare goodies are being processed and packaged. During sales and promotion, there is a 2-5-business day processing time. Once your order is in the packaging and shipping stage you will receive an email with your tracking number for your package. If your email fails to provide you with tracking information please contact us immediately

What do I do if my order states delivered but I haven’t received it?

  • Please refer to your tracking number. It will state whether your items were delivered to a receptionist, office, or mailbox. Also, check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address. After these options please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to inquire about the delivery of your package.
  • Please note: Once the package has been shipped, Ediths All Natural Skincare, unfortunately, has no control over the delivery of your package the delivery company does. Ediths All Natural Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your courier for assistance with filing a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Ediths All Natural Skincare does not yet ship internationally. 

  • Please Note: If you contact us in reference to International orders these order may be subject to import duty fees/taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will not be covered nor reimbursed by Ediths All Natural Skincare.
  • In addition, if your package is abandoned due to nonpayment of customs fees/taxes, Ediths All Natural Skincare will refund this order minus shipping and 10% restocking fee.

What do I do if my package is returned to Ediths All Natural Skincare?

Please email gabbybooth22@gmail.com for further assistance. Please include your name, order number, and verify your address is correct.

Ediths All Natural Skincare is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If you place an order using the wrong address and it already shipped, we cannot change it. Your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address you use is complete and correct before placing your order.

How can I change my address after I placed an order?

Please send an email to gabbybooth22@gmail.com. If you order has not been shipped, we may be able to update the address. 

  • Please Note: Address Corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.

 

When Do I need to throw out my products?

Since each of our products are made when you place your order they do have a peak potency period ranging from six to twelve months depending on the product. Anything longer than this time frame will not no longer carry the active nature of raw plant materials remaining, so we do recommend use within the time period listed either on your product or written on our website. 

What if I left my “Body Butter” was left in extreme heat or cold? 

First take a deep breath and don’t panic things happen. So if your body butter was expose to extreme heat just return product to a safe room temperature area until rested and cooled and once it’s sort of mimics it’s natural state you want to test it out. If texture isn’t as it was before don’t panic our body butters usually remain with active raw ingredients present inside of our formulation but you want to be careful on not to expose to extreme heat numerous about of times increasing the odds of product formulation deactivation. Furthermore you want to repeat the steps above with extreme cold.
